How Inciflo Works with Shopify

Inciflo connects to Shopify through a secure, Inciflo-initiated integration flow.

At a high level:

• Merchants connect their Shopify store to Inciflo from within the Inciflo platform

• Inciflo securely synchronizes products and inventory levels with Shopify

• Orders placed on Shopify are automatically pulled into Inciflo for fulfillment

• Picking, packing, and dispatch are managed within warehouse workflows

• Fulfillment status and tracking details are sent back to Shopify

When used with Godamwale-managed warehouses, Inciflo enables seamless fulfillment execution through Godamwale’s logistics infrastructure.

This integration minimizes manual intervention and ensures accurate, real-time stock visibility.

Disconnecting Shopify

• Merchants may disconnect Shopify at any time from Inciflo

• Upon disconnection, Inciflo immediately stops accessing the Shopify store

• Data handling and deletion follow the Inciflo Privacy Policy

Data Usage & Security

Inciflo accesses only the data required to provide warehouse and fulfillment services, including:

• Product and inventory information

• Orders and fulfillment details

• Shipping and tracking information

Does Inciflo process merchant or customer data before a Shopify connection is established?

Where is merchant data processed?

Are detailed warehouse workflows publicly accessible?

What happens when a merchant disconnects Shopify from Inciflo?
